Shipping and Returns

We strive to deliver your order as fast as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday).


Orders have a processing/handling time of 72 hours if the leather is in stock
Our default shipping service is FedEx but we have the ability to ship using UPS or truck line at your request.
Overnight delivery is offered on orders placed on business days by 11 a.m. EST.
Freight and Shipping charges are added to the invoice after the leather is boxed and pulled.


All leather returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date and returned in original condition. We do not accept cut or marked hides. Special order hides, custom dye lots, promos and closeouts are not returnable. You must contact a sales representative to request a Return Authorization number prior to any return. A restocking may or may not apply and shipping charges may not be covered in some cases.
